More Recovery Apps

Posted on 02/11/2015 11:04:00 AM

Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation has been providing addiction treatment for over 60 years. They have been very active in training and education, as well as publishing materials to help with recovery.

Now, being able to carry around their materials is easier because they have been made into apps, both for Apple and Android. Most of them cost a bit, but one that is free is Inspirations: Daily Meditations for People in Recovery.

Here's the link for the Apple page (because I'm an Apple girl). The app Field Guide to Life is a full year of support, and looks especially promising.

If you do buy these, please let us know how they worked for you.
