Men deal with depression. It's a fact.
Men need support, just like women, but perhaps with a different approach. Enter mantherapy.org. This is a website sponsored by Colorado's Health and Welfare department, and it is "hosted" by Dr (NOT a real doctor) Rich Mahogany. On this site you can learn about depression and how to help men cope more effectively.
One page on the site is Man FAQs. The subtitle is Answers to Almost All Myths, Legends, and General Nonsense Men Believe about Mental Health. As you can see, the site while talking about an incredibly serious topic, takes an insouciant approach. In addition to talking about depression, the site also provides information about anger, anxiety, healthy relationships, and substance abuse.
Check it out. It's clever and helpful at the same time. Be warned the the "Doctor" uses some pg-13 language.
