We work a lot on CBT skills as a way to reduce anxiety, increase relapse prevention, and improve mood. We also have groups on Mindfulness which can provide the same results. Here is my dog, Opal, with her morning treat. Every morning, after my husband gets out of the shower and gets dressed, he and Opal go to the kitchen and she gets her snack.
