Do You Like Self-Help Books or Apps? Consider this Research Study.

posted on

Acacia Parks, PhD is a professor of psychology, and knows quite a bit about positive psychology. She has become interested in studying self-help approaches. Self-help is at its best when it takes the best that clinical research has to offer, and makes it available and practical and useable for the general public. Dr. Parks has a new study and is recruiting participants.  Participants will be evaluating two online programs designed to increase happiness, and you will hopefully develop new strategies or skills for a more fulfilling life.  Follow this link and you'll be taken to her website to sign up.

If you do, I would love to hear your feedback about your experience.
