Hi! It is my passion as a licensed clinical social worker to help individuals who are struggling to identify the reason behind their pain. It is my belief when we work through our personal issues in life, we are able to have a closer walk with God and enrich our relationships with others. I work with men, women, couples, and families. Specialities include individuals with both childhood and/or adult trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, emotional issues, women's issues, family issues, and communication difficulties. I am compassionate, soft spoken, and have a strong faith in God who can heal our emotional wounds.

Many people find it frightening to seek out counseling for the first time. They maybe feeling vulnerable, scared, depressed, anxious, or they just know that they need to make changes in their lives. Counseling is a process, a chance to make changes in your life. I see my job as helping You and Your Family become healthier, and happier. Let me help you begin that process towards making your life 'different'. Making the decision to change your life can be challenging, scary, but it also can be rewarding.

The issues that I enjoy working with are Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, pre- and post-Adoption issues, Women's issues, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, as well as working with families through a variety of life transitions.
